Shipping Information
Time of Delivery: We usually send out orders within 3-4 days of receiving them, unless we do not have a particular item in stock. Please understand that if an item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If we have part of your order in stock and part of it on back-order, usually we will send you what we have right away and send you the rest of it when we can (there are no extra costs for you when we do this). If you have a question about time of delivery of a certain item, please ask us before you order.

International Orders: We currently only ship to U.S., Canadian addresses. Please note that all orders require payment in US dollars.

Taxes: GoldenStateDirect.com is based in California.  Sales tax will automatically be added to orders with a California shipping destination.

Return Information: You may return unplanted items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product charges.  If the item is being returned because of our error, we will pay the shipping costs.  Just email sales@GoldenStateBulb.com and we will give you more detailed information about the return process.

Shipping & Handling Rates: Shipping & Handling rates are dependent upon the subtotal of your order. Please see the chart at the bottom of this page for rates. If you would like express delivery (next day), please contact us and we will notify you of the extra charge.
